Documents are added to mxrAutoDocs through an easy to use proprietary interface that provides point and click functionality via OCR which improves data entry time versus traditional manual keying of document meta-data.

The intuitive document retrieval interface allows for searching on specific DocTypes, KeyWords, or global values throughout the system. mxrAutoDocs is built on a fully relational database which allows documents to be related to one another automatically. When one document is retrieved from the system, all the other related documents are presented to the user at the same time. The mxrAutoDocs system is also customizable for each dealership’s needs, allowing them to select what documents they choose to use the system for and what information is collected from each document.

• COMMON DOCUMENTS FOCUS

The most common uses of mxrAutoDocs are to capture and archive Repair Order, Warranty, Deal Jackets, and Accounts Payable documents.

• WORKFLOW

With the built-in work flow capabilities, AP Invoice statuses can be managed by mxrAutoDocs . Email alerts with embedded web links can be auto sent to dealer staff for review and approval, reducing the handling of paper throughout the approval process. the results yield expedited processing and provides a documented audit trail. Through the use of scheduled Query Tasks, many compliance requirements can be managed by mxrAutoDocs. For example, both governmental and specific dealership document inclusion requirements for the Deal Jacket can be monitored. If a document is identified as missing or incomplete, using the workflow capabilities, an alert can be delivered to the appropriate individual of the need for a document’s inclusion in the Deal Jacket.
