Software Developer - This position performs moderately complex product design, systems analysis and programming activities. Knowledge of product design, development, and implementation is essential. Successful candidates will be driven by quality and the ability to handle a multi-tasking environment, manage client interactions, and who possess excellent organization and communication skills. This position requires an understanding of business, finance, and accounting concepts. Business applications software proficiency is preferred. Microsoft .net programming experience is required.
Quality Assurance Analyst - This position requires an individual with prior experience in testing products for client/server-based platforms. This position includes writing of test scripts, setting up automated testing, testing all products, working with developers to remove defects, and certifying that products are ready for market. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 1 year experience in software development, testing, or defect analysis required. Automated test experience and knowledge of metrics and statistics would be a plus. Requires the ability to work with minimal supervision, excellent troubleshooting and planning skills, and excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Technical Writer - We are seeking an individual who can demonstrate abilities in the following areas: writing/editing reference or user manuals for software applications, online documentation design and development, the ability to utilize word processing or desktop publishing software tools, and basic accounting skills. Successful candidates should have highly developed communication skills, be ready and willing to embrace new technology, and enjoy working independently and in a team environment. A minimum of an Associates Degree in Accounting, English, or Technical Writing, CS, or Business is required.
Business Consultant - Candidates for this position must combine a thorough understanding of project management with business application software proficiency and must possess a strong background in consulting. Works as a consulting team member performing site visits, module implementation, consulting and operational implementation. Education and skill requirements include a degree in CIS, Business or technical training equivalent, experience in consulting and/or project management and/or software application experience, and the ability/willingness to travel. 50% travel required.
Software Support Consultant We are seeking an individual with superior problem solving abilities and customer relations experience, excellent communication skills with both internal and external customers, telephone presence, PC troubleshooting skills and the ability to work in an intense multi-tasking environment. A minimum of 2 years of professional support experience is preferred. Experience in the following areas will be considered advantageous: Win2000 Server, Win2003 Server, SQL Server, Document Management applications, and web applications.
